DivvyUp Beta Terms

These terms cover access to DivvyUp’s pre-release test software. DivvyUp records shared expenses and non-collectible who-owes-whom results. It does not currently offer live payment, collection, bank-handoff, or card services.

Using the beta

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming group amounts before sharing them.

What the beta does

The beta may let you create groups, record funding facts, review exact shares, and make a non-collectible result permanent. Features may change, pause, or be removed. A final record is not proof that money moved and is not a guarantee that another person will pay.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse private links, impersonate another person, probe the service, upload unlawful material, or use the beta for fraud or regulated activity.

Availability and responsibility

The beta is provided as available for evaluation. Keep your own records and do not rely on it for time-sensitive or essential payments. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.
